Fotoker - Dermatological Cream

It is estimated that a patient with more than 10 actinic keratoses has a 10% lifetime risk of developing squamous cell carcinoma. Actinic keratoses occur particularly in patients who spend time outdoors (athletes, farmers, sailors, etc.). Prevention should begin as early as possible to delay their onset. 

Fotoker Dermatological Cream prevents and repairs sun damage. This medical device combines broad-spectrum filters with photolyase, an enzyme that repairs UV-induced pyrimidine dimers. It is recommended for the prevention of actinic keratoses. 

Photolyase (plankton extract) has the ability to instantly repair certain types of DNA damage in our cells caused by UV radiation, even when using SPF 50+ sunscreen. 

Photolyase: 

A flavoprotein enzyme that repairs UV-induced pyrimidine dimers. It is found in prokaryotes, yeasts, plants, and certain animals. It is naturally absent in humans. 

Photolyase is activated by blue light (peak action at 430/460 nm) and causes the cleavage of pyrimidine dimers, thereby repairing DNA (an instantaneous mechanism, on the order of picoseconds) 

Filter system: 

Broad-spectrum UVA and UVB sun protection. No mineral filters. 

Apply Fotoker® Dermatological Cream every morning to exposed areas (face, ears, neck, décolletage, scalp, hands, forearms), regardless of the season, and reapply in the early afternoon. 

In particular, when the skin is affected by actinic keratoses, the product should be applied primarily to the areas of skin affected by them.
